You are to write a Tic Tac Toe game. This must be broken down into functions to make the task easier.

Your game must do the following –

Display a Tic Tac Toe board after every go
Allow a human to play against the computer
Develop some AI to play Tic Tac Toe
Ensure that the computer does not ALWAYS win but also is not STUPID!
Allow the user to select a square.

This could be a team project (all members of the team will get the points)
